Have you had discussions what happens if we have a No Deal scenario in the U.K. as the GDPR rule is an EU regulation. It did not require an act of Parliament and is not then a U.K. law if we leave without a deal.
What would be the consequence of a data reach before the GDPR it’s written in to U.K. law (I don’t know how long that will take)?
