Abstract
Currently, the digital economy is included in the list of the main directions of strategic development of Russia and many foreign countries. The task of creating conditions for deep system digitalization of economic life in Russia is outlined at the government level. New digital business models are aimed at reducing costs, generating additional revenue from digital solutions, optimizing customer interaction and improving customer service by studying their experience.
