oday, On October 16th, 2019, Developer Advocacy Team Islamabad Pakistan arranged a Hands On Workshop on IBM Watson Assistant at SSCASE-IT (Sir Syed CASE Institute of Technology). Saad Tariq kicked off the session with the brief introduction to the IBM Cloud. Once the developers were made aware of IBM’s current endeavours, He continued with examples of what a chatbot can be used for and how it improves customer experience thus benefiting both the business and customers, followed up with an interactive Q/A Session.
